I’ve known Joe for many years and worked with him as a contractor for the last three. He is an extremely competent contractor. Joe recently completed the design and construction of our new boardroom that holds 75 people at our St Clair Shores headquarters and did an outstanding job. Grandview Construction has competed against other contractors time and again and won contracts through a competitive bid process. Grandview also reconstructed several of our office suites and is currently working on reconfiguring an office suite for us on the Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital campus. We like to work with Joe because he finishes the job on time without being disruptive and he has a high level of integrity.

Sometimes construction can be a nightmare but working with Grandview and Joe Salome for the past seven years has always gone smoothly. He offers a good price, gets the work done on time and on budget. We’re especially happy with the work he did on our medical office building in Troy and a major fire repair at an apartment complex in Fenton.

Anytime I need something done and need it done quickly I know I can call Grandview Construction and get it done. He has the connections and the trade’s people to make it work whether it’s a large or a small job. Whether he’s reconfiguring office space, doing mill work, building a large community parking area with curbs and underground sewers or doing a large construction project for me, I know the job will be done in an orderly fashion. In my ten years working with Joe Salome I found him to be reliable, respond quickly and provide great service.

BondDesk Group required extensive customization of a building in Rochester to serve as a Technology hub including a large data center. I was impressed that this challenging project was completed on time and without major business interruptions. Joe Salome was very professional throughout the process and understood our unique requirements. In an age of concern over integrity and workmanship, it was a pleasure partnering with Joe on this complicated project.

The City of Rochester worked with Joe Salome from Grandview Construction on a very successful public-private project to develop a shared parking lot for one of his projects and a neighboring recreational trail. The project will benefit our community by providing needed parking for a growing business, located in one of Joe’s buildings, and provide valuable parking to access the Clinton River Trail. The project also included a stormwater bio-pond and river access point, which Joe helped to develop as part of the parking lot project.
